Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance the store's performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to ensure team understanding.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Supervise store operations, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and product presentation.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
