Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, possess strong leadership skills, and have a background in retail management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the direct leader in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret company policies.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
