Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, possess strong leadership skills, and have a background in retail management.
Responsibilities
- Assist the direct leader in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret company policies.
- Prior management experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
