Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in various aspects of store operations, including overseeing day-to-day activities, managing schedules, developing action plans, and ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities to foster growth and development.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior management experience preferred.
