Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store activities, ensuring exceptional performance, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies to enhance team growth and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to maintain competitive position.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are adhered to.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
