We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. From developing action plans to optimizing store performance, you will contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Supervise and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards for customer service.
• Maintain inventory levels, merchandise products, and optimize store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and handle general cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with management skills preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
