Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the direct leader to improve operating results, training and developing team members, maintaining store standards, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback to leadership.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Operational knowledge including inventory procedures and cash control policies.
