We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with management experience a plus.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
