Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management, overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring overall performance, managing schedules, and implementing operational strategies while fostering team growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing action plans to enhance operating results.

Requirements
- 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, management experience preferred.
