Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational action plans. You will play a key role in supervising the team, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and accurate signage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
