Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, overseeing store performance, developing operational plans, and nurturing team growth through training opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold inventory procedures.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
