Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate well with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures diligently.
• Comply with established company policies, maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
