Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
