Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
