Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and any issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store meets company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
