Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
