Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management on products and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
