Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policy compliance
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security standards, and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrated ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of general cleaning duties and compliance with company policies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
