Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves, keep merchandise displays neat, and assist in general cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail experience.
