We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
