Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and professional skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory to enhance store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and follow company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask, work independently, and stay organized.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
