Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
