Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, aiding customers during their shopping journey.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, assist in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
