Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Communicate clearly with the store management team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Efficient cash register operation.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
