Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data confidentiality and security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and capability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous
