Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI acts competencies and professional skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and provide feedback to improve store operations.
• Participate in inventory assessments and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize errors.
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Capable of physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
