Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and data confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
