Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies in daily tasks
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean store environment
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling and inventory procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
