Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and service issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
