Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain organized store displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales (if applicable).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
