Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and professional skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capacity to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and stay organized.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
