Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
- Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards and operate equipment efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
