Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are neat and fully stocked.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
- Proficiency in operating equipment like electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
