Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to uphold our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on product quality, inventory accuracy, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment with precision.
- Capability to perform cleaning tasks and follow company guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Adherence to state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
