Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure the best presentation.

Position Details

• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store organized.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions with accuracy.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
