Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring shelves are stocked with quality products. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and guidance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
- Adhere to company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in retail is a plus.
