Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain organized displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
