Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members and store management, while upholding company policies and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
