We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
