Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Perform cashier duties and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and in an organized manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
