Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Title: Full-Time Store Associate
• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating store equipment and following company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience
