Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
