Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and ensure accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain neat product presentation.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
