We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will help enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
