Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, stock shelves, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report to store management.
• Participate in inventory management procedures and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to company standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
