Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of equipment like cash registers and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
