Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store looks its best at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely and properly operate equipment, including hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
