As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and working collaboratively with the team.
- Participate in inventory management and adhering to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to maintain store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
