Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
