Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
