Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
